Partner Review Skill
Spot shallow insights and slop language before your Partner or client does.
The problem
A common issue management consultants face when using Claude is they end up with insights that clients or Partners dismiss as shallow. The language is confident but the insight underneath does not mean much.
Examples are hedging language with no strong point of view, data stated with no implication attached, or numbers qualified with no baseline to compare against. This dilutes confidence and creates delivery risk for the team.
What this skill does
It analyzes your presentation, scoring every slide against 30 objective criteria drawn from how consulting work actually gets reviewed: headline integrity, whether a claim is supported by the page, whether numbers agree with the exhibit, missing so-whats, hedging, and phrasing that reads as machine written.
You get a score out of 100 and a numbered list of findings. Each one quotes the line, names what failed, and gives the fix.
Ask it to fix them, and it edits the flagged lines directly in your file, while ensuring your formatting, numbers and notation stay exactly as you wrote them.
